FAQ
Questions? We've got answers
Everything you need to know before your cats claim their tree.
Still curious? Message usHow tall is the tree?
It stands about 62 inches (157 cm) tall with the star on top. Base: [add base diameter] in — measure your spot before ordering.
Will it fit in my home?
It has a tapered cone shape, so it's widest at the base and slim at the top. It fits nicely in a corner or next to a window. It needs about [add] × [add] in of floor space.
Can more than one cat use it?
Yes. The tiers and hideouts are spread out so multiple cats can climb, nap and play at the same time. Best for cats up to [add] lb each.
Is it sturdy?
[Describe the base and how it's built.] For extra-energetic jumpers, place it on a flat floor, ideally in a corner or against a wall.
Is it hard to assemble?
No. Setup takes about [add] minutes and step-by-step instructions are in the box. [Say whether tools are included.]
Will my cats scratch it?
That's the idea! The built-in rope post gives them a spot to scratch, and the soft bouclé tiers are made for kneading and lounging.
Is it safe for cats?
There are no needles, glass ornaments or electric lights — the usual hazards of a real Christmas tree. [Add material/safety details from your supplier.]
Can I use it after Christmas?
Yes. The green cone shape works as a cozy cat tree all year — just take off any festive extras after the holidays.
How do I clean it?
Vacuum with a brush attachment or use a lint roller for fur, and spot-clean with mild soap and water. [Adjust to your supplier's care instructions.]
When will it arrive?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and usually arrive in 7–12 business days. Order by Dec 10 to get it in time for Christmas.
Is shipping free?
Yes — every order ships free with tracking.
What if I'm not happy with it?
You're covered by our [30]-day guarantee. Email us at [your support email] and we'll make it right.
